send us a question
1. Can you print Chinese and English on one invitation?
Yes, as long as the text you provide us with could all fit on
the cards. For some designs, you might want to consider using second inserts
due to the limited dimension of the cards. We charge $77 additional for
Chinese text rendering. Please fax(650-649-1736) us the Chinese text. This fee can be waived if you email us
the Chinese text in a ready-to-print format that can be directly dropped in the invitation wording layout.
2. Do you take credit card?
Yes, we take Mastercard and Visa.
3. How long does it take for me to get my order?
Blank Cards - Please allow up to three days to process your order.
Printed Cards - The total time taken depends on how quickly you send us your invitation text and payment. It usually takes two to four
weeks to ship the order after we receive your full payment. When filling out the order request form, tell us when you want the invitations to be shipped out by, and we'll let you know whether it's possible. Hand-made designs
usually take longer production time. Please see How to Order for more details.
4. I need my cards as soon as possible. Do you take rush orders?
We try our best to accommodate your schedule. After reviewing details
of your order, we will let you know whether it can
be completed within your requested time frame. We charge additional 10% in pricing for
rush orders, starting from $50.
5. What's your shipping method?
Samples are shipped to you via USPS first class mail. We use
UPS to ship final orders. UPS tracking number will be emailed to you once the order is on its way.
6. Do you take international orders?
Sorry we currently only ship inside the U.S.
7. I requested my invitations to be shipped out in six weeks, but
is it possible that you can ship them out earlier?
We usually buffer the time line to account for the time it takes for us to receive your startup fee and
final payment, and the time it might take for you to review the e-proof and request changes. In reality,
if you speed up the process on your part, such as sending us the payments sooner, taking shorter time to finalize
the text, there is a good chance that we can ship your invitations out sooner. However, before we receive the final
wording and payment, we cannot indicate to you if we're able to complete the order earlier.
8. Can you translate the English wording into
Chinese for us?
No, we do not provide any translation service.
However, we can do the Chinese typesetting and layout for
you if you provide the exact Chinese wording in a hand written form.
Here is a sample Chinese invitation layout to help you get
started.
9. Can you help me choose a font to use for my text?
After you place an order, we'll direct you to a link using which you can submit your text to us.
In that link, we have an on-line tool ("View Proof") to help you get an instant view of your text in the particular font
selected. You can play with the fonts with that tool until you find the font you like before submitting the
final wording to us.
10. Do you provide customized designs?
Yes. Customization requests are welcome. We do our best
to alter the designs to your likings. We charge $30/hr labor for
customization work. No rush orders for customization.
11. Will I get an electronic proof before the cards are printed?
Yes. Nothing will go to production until your approval of the electronic proof. After we receive your wording and
the startup fee, a designer will email up to two free electronic proofs to you in Adobe PDF format.
There will be a $10 fee on every additional proof.
